WORK FOR US! I CAN Network Ltd is currently hiring Mentors and Program Facilitators who can deliver the I CAN group mentoring program via schools and online. Locations we're looking for staff in include Greater Melbourne, Warrnambool and Surrounds and Wodonga. You do not have to be autistic/neurodivergent to work for I CAN. The results of our 2024 staff survey are in: 94% of I CAN staff enjoy their job and 95% say they have the resources to do their job well. 'I think neurodivergent people really like teaching...I think that's how we connect...sometimes that's even called our love language: teaching other people about our favourite things. Socially at school being able to do that was the best way for me to feel like I had a place in the school community'.
